Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before digital products are delivered.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to purchases as required by applicable law based on your shipping/billing address.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital products once they have been delivered.

However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased digital product, please contact us at hello@friendlyearthpet.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Physical Products (if applicable)

If we offer physical products in the future, those will be subject to a separate return policy posted on the product page at the time of purchase.
